Maple Glazed Chicken
Heat 1 TB ghee in a skillet on medium high heat
Season 3 thin sliced chicken breast with steak seasoning
Cook 3 minutes each side
Remove from skillet and add 1/3 cup pure maple syrup and a TB freeze dried (or fresh) chives
Cook 2 minutes
Return chicken to skillet for 1 minute each side on the glaze
Serve with sweet potato and asparagus. Drizzling remaining glaze over sweet potato
